terms of service

All commission agreements are subject to this terms of service.General- You MUST be 18+ to commission me. New clients must be be prepared to show ID.- I reserve the right to cancel or reject a commission at any point in time, for any reason I see fit.- I reserve all rights to my work. Commissioned work does NOT come with commercial license and clients are not permitted to use my work for commercial use (including but not limited to use as paywallsd content, or sold as t-shirts, stickers or other merch, etc)- My art may not be edited by others. My sketches may not be upgraded or ‘finished’ by other artists. However, as long as the original art and edits are clearly separately credited when posting, the client themselves may make minor edits such as color filters, or minor marking edits (in the event their character design changes)- No edits, changes, or removal of my watermark/username/signature is permitted, EVER.Process- Communication is made via Telegram Messenger- You MUST provide a satisfactory reference image of your character. This can vary depending on the subject matter of your commission request. For art that will be colored, a FLATCOLOR reference image of your character is needed.- I will send you at least 1 WIP at each stage (sketch, lineart, flatcolors, rendering), edits can be requested at this point. Once the client approves each WIP, no edits to the previous stages may be made.- Once you approve the final piece, I will send you the final, high-resolution files via Telegram.Content- I work best with semi-artistic liberty! Providing prompts, kinks, props, moodboards, and personality traits are all great ways to give me an artistic direction to create your commission with. I will not work from extremely strict guidelines like precise poses/expressions/etc, nor will I recreate another artist’s piece.- I will not draw any content containing the following: pedophilia, bestiality, discriminatory or hateful themes, scat, explicit noncon, diaper,-I will also refuse commission requests for humans, mech, detailed insects, or content otherwise extremely distant from my current skill level / art focus.Payment- I take payment via Cashapp or Square invoice.- Payments must be made immediately upon acceptance of a slot. I will not hold slots.- All sales are final. Once payment is made, no refunds will be permitted.Stream Commissions- Some of my commission slots are LIVESTREAM only. This information is clearly stated on each opening.- The client MUST be present during the livestream to correct mistakes, approve stages, and answer questions!- If the client becomes unresponsive during the livestream for more than 15 minutes, the commission will be continued using my best judgement. If the client becomes responsive again while the commission is still ongoing, changes may be requested for the work done WHILE the client is present. If the client or becomes unresponsive again, or remains unresponsive until the commission is complete, no edits or changes may be made.- Livestream commissions are a fast moving process. Clients are required to make the payment and send the reference image + info for the piece immediately upon slot acceptance.
